Dr. Anji L (Rigg) Phillips is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Communication at Bradley University. Phillips is a graduate of Bradley University (BS ’94), Illinois State University (MS ’07), and the University of Missouri (PhD ’15). Phillips began her career as a disc jockey for KZ-93 in Peoria, Illinois, was in two Super Bowl commercials, and continues work in both audio and video production through research in media, creative production, and mentoring students. Phillips is a lifelong Cubs, Blackhawks, and Bears fan married to a Cardinals fan (Joel), bonus Mama to a Cardinals fan (Mitchell), and raising one Cubs (Aedan) and one Cardinals fan (Tristan). Live music and sporting events are Anji’s passion.
